In addition to information collected on behalf of your Institution, the following pieces of information may be collected when you visit, register with, or use any SchoolAdmin Sites:
- We will ask for personal information when you become a registered user of a SchoolAdmin Site, including name and email address. Registered users may receive email notifications based on their use of the SchoolAdmin Site. Registered users may update or modify their own personal information.
- In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information about you. This information includes what type of browser you are using. This information is used for system administration and improving our services, and does not identify you personally.
- We also track your IP address. This does not identify you personally, but it will let us identify the device you’re using and we store IP addresses in case we need to track a connection for security purposes.
Please note that when you shop with a vendor who is linked to SchoolAdmin, or who is linked to from SchoolAdmin, even though you may have started your visit at a Company Site, and even though Company pages may still appear, your transactions are completed with a separate organization, not with us. We don’t share your personally identifiable information with them, but information you choose to share with them will fall under their privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We carefully select other organizations in an effort to give you the value and excellent customer service you expect from us.
