This year, there were over 3,600 nominations for Stevie Awards from across nearly every industry and state. For the Customer Service Award, we were graded on metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and median response and resolution time. Past winners in our category have included Google Fiber and Zappos.com.

Our Customer Support team has been working non-stop to help the private and independent schools we serve thrive—even when they can’t be on campus. This was a spring semester like no other for every school and we’re proud to be with our schools every step of the way.
